Hi Cindy, just wanted you to let you know I had my colonoscopy today and the Doctor was amazed! He said it was squeaky clean lol. You made a significant impact on my health journey. I came to you when I had so many gut and intestinal issues and you taught me so much and I’ve continued to learn. I’m now on completely plant based, raw diet, zero dairy, no alcohol for two years now. I do eat chicken and fish but not everyday. I feel the healthiest I’ve ever been and wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the difference you made in my life and continue to make in the lives of so many’s. Love 💕 you friend!
