My colonoscopy no longer shows active Crohns

I wanted to share exciting news with huge improvements in my recent colonoscopy significant compared to two years ago.

Here’s the difference:
2 years ago: The colonoscopy showed active abnormal mucosa and erosion in the ileocecal valve, which is a hallmark finding of Crohn’s disease. That meant there was ongoing, visible inflammation and tissue damage. Dx was Crohn’s  After being on your program at Wholesome Health my
recent colonoscopy report says no significant inflammation, no mucosal erosion only a benign inflammatory polyp in the cecum that was removed. This report shows I no longer have the widespread mucosal erosion only one small, localized issue that is not considered active Crohn’s.

This suggests Crohn’s is very likely in clinical remission since there is no visible inflammation and the mucosa erosion has resolved.

Thank you
